County Laws and Contacts
There are many county laws that apply to bicycling, so they are on their own page.
The county transportation board meets on the first Thursday of every month. Call the Kan-Du center (311) for exact time and location of the next meeting.

LA Bikes offers several mail lists:
LA Bikes is our main list for announcements of events and discussion of current events.
Rides is for discussion of our Saturday morning rides.
Bike To Work Day is used to plan and coordinate our annual Bike To Work Day event.
Pajarito Riders is the local training group, offering time trials and differently-paced rides weekdays at lunchtime.
Other Local Cycling Groups
The Tuffriders is a local Mountain Bike Club which offers regular rides and works to preserve local trails.
Triatomics sponsors the annual LA Triathlon.
